How to Buy

Follow six clear steps from selecting a vehicle and confirming the price through payment, shipment and document delivery.

  1. Step 1: Selection of Cars

Check all available details for the vehicle you intend to purchase, including its specifications, condition, auction grade and photographs. If you need more information or have a question about the vehicle, email us and we will respond with further details.

Please also check the current vehicle-import regulations in your country. Because destination-country rules can change, it is your responsibility to confirm with the relevant local authorities that the vehicle is eligible for import before you proceed.

  2. Step 2: Prices

All vehicle prices shown on the website are FOB prices and do not include shipping, ocean freight or other destination-related charges.

For a CIF price, email us with your destination port. We will calculate the estimated CIF price and reply within 24 hours.

  3. Step 3: Confirmation

After confirming the total price of the vehicle you intend to purchase, request a pro forma invoice and provide the complete consignee name, address, telephone number and destination port.

We will issue a pro forma invoice showing the vehicle's complete chassis number and payment details. The vehicle will then be reserved for three working days. If the same vehicle is already reserved for another customer, we will place you on a waiting list and keep you informed of its status.

  4. Step 4: Payment

As soon as you receive the pro forma invoice, remit a minimum of 50% of the FOB price. The funds must reach us within five working days; otherwise, the vehicle may be made available to other customers without further notice. If you purchase on an FOB basis, full payment of 100% is required.

If we do not receive proof of payment or hear from you, we may cancel the invoice at our discretion after three working days.

After we receive your payment, we will email you a Received Payment Voucher as confirmation.

    When making payment

    1. We accept payment only by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) to our bank accounts. The customer is responsible for all bank and remittance charges.
    2. Double-check the account number, beneficiary name and bank name before sending payment.
    3. Include the case number, invoice number and attention name in the TT message to avoid unnecessary delays.
    4. Email us a scanned copy of the bank-issued TT receipt.

    Cancellation of Order

If you cancel an order before the vehicle is shipped, a cancellation charge equal to 30% of the invoice value, together with any other applicable charges, will be imposed.

  5. Step 5: Shipment

After we confirm receipt of your 50% payment, we will begin the shipping process. For vehicles requiring an inspection, such as JAAI, VCA, JEVIC or Intertek, the shipping process will begin after the inspection is completed. Inspection can take several weeks, and some vehicles may require repairs to pass. If this happens, we will notify you by email.

RORO sailings are available only at certain times of the month and depend on the destination port and operating conditions. Some destinations do not have regular RORO service, so an alternative port or container shipment may be proposed. We appreciate your understanding if unforeseen circumstances outside our control delay shipment.

  6. Step 6: Ship Departure and Final Payment

Once shipment is confirmed and the vessel has departed, we will email you a copy of the Bill of Lading (BL) or Air Waybill. Check the document carefully and notify us within three days of any error, requested change or final instruction. You will then be asked to pay the remaining balance, including shipping or ocean-freight charges.

Original shipping documents are normally issued within 10 days after the shipment date. Changes requested after the original BL has been issued will incur an additional charge.

Please note: If the remaining balance is not paid at least 10 days before the vessel's estimated arrival at your port, your deposit will be forfeited and the vehicle may be sold to another customer.

After we receive the final payment, the first and second original copies of the BL, together with the commercial invoice and vehicle export certificate, will be sent to you by courier. We will email you the courier tracking number.
